Welcome to WC 2026. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

WC 2026 is an independent, unofficial fan engagement platform. Our services include: publicly available match fixture information; social predictions (Battle) for match outcomes — NOT gambling or betting; live fan chat rooms; AI-powered fan art generation (face paint, posters, wallpapers, stadium-themed photos); credit-based AI image generation system. We do NOT sell tickets, official merchandise, or licensed products.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed. You must not share your account or let others access it.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use WC 2026. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

WC 2026 uses a credit system exclusively for AI fan art generation. Credits are digital tokens that users purchase to generate original AI images. This is a digital content creation service — NOT a ticket, merchandise, or physical goods store. Credits can be purchased through one-time bundles or subscription plans. All purchases are processed securely by Stripe. Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable law. Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled.

All AI-generated content on WC 2026 is 100% original fan art created through AI image generation. This content is transformative fan expression and does NOT reproduce official FIFA trademarks, logos, or licensed imagery. We do not use, distribute, or sell any copyrighted or trademarked materials. You retain rights to content generated using your credits for personal, non-commercial use.

Battle is a social prediction feature where fans predict match outcomes. It is NOT gambling, betting, or any form of wagering. No real money is staked on predictions. No prizes or rewards are given based on prediction accuracy. Battle is designed purely for social fan engagement and entertainment.

You agree not to: use the platform for any illegal purpose; harass, abuse, or threaten other users in chat; impersonate others or create fake accounts; attempt to manipulate or exploit the credit system; use automated tools to scrape or access the platform; resell or commercially distribute AI-generated content; upload or share offensive, hateful, or inappropriate content; use the platform for ticket scalping or resale of any kind.

WC 2026 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
